Los Angeles Food and Wine Fest 2014: Lexus Grand Tasting Saturday Tops

I love Chef David LeFevre.


He personally handed his Vietnamese Sunfed Farms Beef Brisket with Rau Ram to attendees.

Unfortunately my photos didn't turn out well of those. I was salivating too much.

But The Public’s Chef Brad Farmerie’s Ora King Salmon Crudo was wonderfully fresh.
