How can a Baja Fresh Manager not know what items are gluten-free?
That is the lamest of the lame. Happened in North Hollywood, CA Riverside location.
I kept on exploring if the bowls were gluten free. She kept on mentioning the vegetables.
I don't think she even know what gluten-free meant. I don't think she even know what food allergens were or if the food she served had them.
Yes, I would promote that person to a managerial position--if I was stupid and wanted to open myself up to a lawsuit.
There was no one other to ask since she was the manager.
Very lame and potentially injury-causing.
Of course, their customer comment page doesn't load. More Lameness.
Update; I learned the hard and too soft way that it wasn't gluten free. Maybe I should return their food exactly how it came out
